        I have been with Bluebird care 4 year now. I was new to care and was very nervous. The week of training followed by the week of shadowing made me feel secure. Definitely the best training. The standard of care is very high. I am proud to work with colleagues who go the extra mile to keep the customers safe and happy in their own homes. I then became a supervisor 3 months into my carers role and then a year ago I applied for the live in services manager job and was successful. I have progressed with my career, as the business is run by a family of directors, your hard work gets noticed. I am happy to be working in a business where all of us pride ourselves in good quality care.

        I have now worked in the office for Bluebird for just 2 and a half years. All staff are so friendly, supportive and understanding. Everyone works as one big team which makes me proud to work for such an amazing company.

        Bluebird care is amazing company to work for , carers are all very professional no task is to small , Company is very good always talking on board the carers needs , I would defiantly recommend bluebird care .
