        I never felt in the dark or abandoned. They always answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to satisfy any needs regarding the house sale I had. I highly recommend the entire company.

        Not worth the money, overpriced our property to get the business, which I questioned several times but was reassured they where confident at that price, all started ok, but turned up with people to view without any phone calls to warn us of a viewing, when we did sell only after reducing our price to what other agents had said was a realistic price, communication with Harris Shields just stopped, when we took the for sale sign in, they had no idea who we were or the property in question, our sale took 4months to go through the solicitors with no communication from Harris Shields to check how things where progressing, never known a estate agent like this
