        Phoned 3 plummers , fossil was the only one that and got back to me. Said he would phone monday to book a toilet repair in for that week ( was a friday when i phoned and wasnt urgent) Monday morning he phoned and said he would be around in 30 min, excellent service, needed a part he went out and got it straight away and was straight back to finish the job and was a reasonable price, will definitely go to him first next time I need a plummer !!! Highly commend!!!
