My son used the contactless change machine using his Go Henry card and it took the 10 and did not give him any change. They said would go back on his card but still nothing refunded. Total scam those contactless machines

Shambles of a place. How dare you charge to use the loo in a place where everything is already clearly stacked against you, and where people are emptying their pockets constantly. I put 2 in a machine, found out my nephew needed 20p to use the facilities and swiftly left. I tend to spend about 10-20 at places like this. It's clearly not about having fun here, and in general as an 'amusement' you've simply failed, particularly if the reviews regarding the moving of the tacky 2p machine toys are anything to go by. Stop treating people like this!
