Cambridge terraced is a fantastic accommodation for students studying in Scarborough. Peter was consistently helpful, reliable and resourceful during my stay at Cambridge terrace. Great communication throughout the semester gave me a comfortable and confident stay compared to previous landlords in the area. The flats are modern, newly furnished and superbly insulated throughout the building. I couldnt complain if I wanted to! 10/10

Peter is a great landlord! His flats are modern, clean and to a high standard. He is easily contactable and has gone over and above to make sure we have had everything we need. The flats are well located between both Coventry Scarborough University and Scarborough Tech perfect for students and well priced. Peter is very flexible with his contracts and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation, lovely place, Peter is a great landlord to have, cheap rented rooms for students, located a walk away from town, beach and uni!
