My partner and I have used Kay for several different trips over the past few years and I can honestly say we couldn't imagine using anyone else now. She has helped us pick some amazing places, and each time she makes what can be a fairly stressful experience, very pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble for Kay, and having her on the end of the phone has been such a comfort on more than one occasion. Highly recommended! Kays knowledge and support was outstanding for our recent trip to Venice. From recommending hotels, building a bespoke package to meet all our requirements and fantastic advice around Covid restrictions, she was first class.
