        Arrived for a two night valentine break, the first impression is of a well presented family run bed and breakfast,currently being refurbished and honestly if the downstairs is anything to go by, then the rest of the house is going to be pleasantly lovely. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with ensuite. Pre-ordered breakfast was perfect and good quality ingredients. Location is good, quiet and access for the beach and town alike, altogether good value, great location and excellent hosts. 5*****

        Tina was an amazing host very friendly and chatty made us feel like we were home from home ....answered any questions we asked pointed us in the right direction...room was cosy had everything we needed extra blankets if needed heater if needed room was clean ....plenty of options for breakfast nothing was too much trouble ....we visited for our little honeymoon break and we can't wait to visit again .
