The sitting room doesn't really have enough comfy seats for the whole party - 10 seats - and does have a table that should be discarded in favour of more seating. There is a snug though with additional comfy seating, suitable for older children maybe, with a large TV and xbox. Each bedroom has an ensuite and TV too.
The kitchen is small for the property with only one fridge freezer which should be a consideration for larger parties not planning on eating out at all and preparing every meal, but 7 of the 8 bedrooms had a fridge in the room where we put alcohol and spare milk not to clog up the kitchen fridge.
It has off road parking, realistically for 4/5 cars, but there are parking permits provided for road parking too.
