        Excellent from start too finish. The lads did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards and even hoovered. Very reliable and professional. Thanks too you all we are over the moon with our log burner .

        Excellent customer service. My mum bought a gas fire in October and was really pleased with the service and time it took to sort and its installation. It's been a few months from then but my mum Noticed the glass had marks on the inside and was bothered by it. So yesterday I emailed Libby asking for help. This morning mum had a gas fitter at her door by 9am to sort out the problem. Absolutely excellent after care. Well done all who helped out. We're really pleased we shopped with u. Definitely recommend Flames of Scarborough
