Went for a hearing appointment but only found out at the appointment that I had to wear a mask. I explained that I was exempt but was told I could not attend the appointment without a mask. Arrived home to find a letter delivered after my appointment telling me I had to wear a mask, or a visor which no one told me was an alternative! No where on the website was this mentioned nor in the emails sent after I booked the appointment or the reminder sent before the appointment. Useless! Go elsewhere as Boots do not care!
