Excellent visit. I would suggest that the home put more pictures around the place of local places rather than decorative pictures that residents could relate to so it keeps residents interested rather than it been like a show home. Things on display from different years so residents have something to chat about. There were som local photos but not many. Staff excellent.

Very poor service. Didn't feel welcoming. My late Nana's room was horrible and dingy, and I found the staff unproductive and neglectful.

Excellent visit.
