Very good service, I ordered from overseas and had the order sent to a friend who was in the UK for only a few days before flying back to where I live. My order couldnt be fulfilled because I got a big quantity of the same brand and they where a few bottles short, they called me to apologize and offered to complete the order with an equivalent of an other brand. So fare so good you would say but the next level service that they provided would make them deserve much more then just a 5 star review. As I explained that my friend was leaving Scarborough in 2 days and therefore I could not wait for them to restock before sending my order, the gentleman on the phone offered to replace the missing bottles by another brand and deliver it to the hotel himself, only 20 minutes later, my friend told me that the order was delivered to his hotel room. Ones my friend came back and gave me the package, I realized that they added 2x10 ml bottles to my order. I live in the other side of the planet and was definitely not expecting such kindness with an online order, Ive never heard of Scarborough before last week and I never actually traveled to the UK but this experience made me want to visit this town. If you are going to or are in Scarborough and you are looking for a good vape shop with outstanding customer service, look no further, Ecocig is the place to go
