Poor service, called in to reception to get a non urgent appointment only to be told all appointments have to be made on the day with a 8am phone call or done online.

I've rang for a doctor appointment 7 times and still haven't got an appointment. This surgery used to be very good but now it has really gone down.very poor service. I also waited in phone cue from number 23 and when it was my turn they said there was no appointment left . Extremely poor service.

Nice surgery and in a convenient location. It can be difficult to get in to see a doctor and they tend to give you telephone appointments when it's something that you need to see someone in person. Quite frequently it can be difficult to get in to see certain GP's and you can find yourself waiting weeks sometime just to get an appointment with certain GP's. I sometimes have difficulties getting my repeat prescriptions and they frequently argue with me when I have ran out of some of my medications because I've had to use extra for some reasons and they try to make me go weeks sometimes without my medications because their system says it's not due yet but I normally have to have a GP assessment and I get it then. The surgery has great facilities however their disabled access to the building is poor due to the ramp into the building being small and tight to get on and up and round to the door. They do have a bell at the door for assistance to get in, they could do with moving the ramp to the opposite side of the stairs and making it a longer and straight ramp. Most of the doctors are nice and friendly however there has been times when I've seen a GP and been told theirs nothing wrong and a couple of days later I've ended up in hospital.
