        All the stuff one should be eating (most places are selling you junk and slow acting poison) Useful if you want to put together your own healthy low sugar cereal. Far from what one would call 'cheap' though. The girl in the shop seems knowledgeable and was friendly and helpful.

        You do not have to wear masks anywhere now but these insist you do, very strange. I did my shopping at Holland and Barret just 100 yards up the High Street.
