Why? They arranged a refurbishment at the same time and didnt think to call me. Assumed we werent going ahead as they didnt receive my completed forms ( sent in April).
No accountability, blaming the flooring company.
No care, just Im sorry this has come from the Chair.
Very stressful re arranging at this late stage. Thankfully we have an organised and caring venue who saved the day.
