        Huge thanks to Neil and his colleague at Charlwood Hearing Care for going out of their way to help me with an emergency appointment today - and even being incredibly patient when I was unexpectedly delayed! Everything went wrong this week, but they couldn't have been nicer and sorted the problem out for me against all the odds. Thank you - I cannot recommend you enough.
