The service my partner (now fianc) and I experienced at Bradleys was EXCEPTIONAL. AT no stage in the process of choosing my engagement ring was there any pressure. We didn't feel "in the way" or that we were wasting anyone's time. Stuart made us very welcome and encouraged me to try rings on over and over again until I had made my decision. Everything I tried on was exceptional quality and the knowledge from Stuart was fantastic. It was a breathe of fresh air when he steered us away from particular rings for whatever reason, be it the type of stone, or that it didn't sit well, which made me feel like I wasn't being pressured - he meant what he said and it wasn't just about a sale. Mrs Bradley was also on hand and made the choosing of the final ring an extra special moment. They made us feel like the only people in the world that mattered for the time we were there and even thanked us for supporting local business. We will be back when its time for weeding rings and cant recommend highly enough.
