Took a bag of good clothes in today. Not a single thanks just a "leave it there" comment. Enquired about if they took offers on a large item I was interested in. As I thought it was over priced for a charity donation. A Bushey haired women put her hands to her face shock her head and abruptly said "NO" it's more than my jobs worth... Really!!! I've donated lots of good quality curtains and matching bedding here plus some lovely things because I've had to downsize. But in future I will take it somewhere worthy of it. I think you need to sort your rude staff out. Manners cost nothing..

Poor customer service. Took in a big bag of books yesterday and spoke to an older woman with long grey hair. All she said was "this isn't the day we accept books but I'll take them off you anyway." I'll donate elsewhere in future.
