        I moved from a dreadful practice this year after being there all my life to South Cliff Surgery (part of Scarborough Medical Group) and I'm so glad I did. I've only had to contact them twice this year, but I have to say both times the receptionists have been fantastic, helpful and so pleasant. Today I had a telephone appointment for advice on the menopause and HRT, the advice and help was brilliant. The lady I spoke to was reassuring, encouraging and extremely considerate, wow, what a difference from my last surgery. 5 stars all the way.
