        Great customer service from start to finish. Alice served me in the shop, found me a bedframe in the back that was perfect for me and arranged a delivery date and time which worked around my requirements. Delivery was also prompt and easy thanks to Jamie (?) the driver and his assistant. I'll definitely be using BHF again.

        Waited in all day for collection, never turned up and said they had tried to ring me but of course no calls on my phone....... . Much easier to pop 1 mile to tip and jobs done. Never again.
