John Wood worked for us for the first time . Initially conducting the annual boiler service followed a little time later by work to upgrade our gas feed pipe into the house from the meter. John displayed really great knowledge of gas installations , provided accurate quotes, turned up on time and worked hard to complete jobs in good time . John offers an extremely professional service. The work was carried out on time and the house was left in a clean condition, with all packaging and dust cleared away. John took great efforts to make sure that the boiler and all pipework was precision fit, aligned and pleasing to the eye where visible. He has extensive knowledge of different heating systems and was happy to explain the operating instructions to me, being polite and patient throughout.
