I called in this Wednesday Morning. Sales assistant was really unhelpful and quite rude. No patience whatsoever ever and quite aggressively spoken. No organisation on the rails. Great sale items but otherwise overpriced plastic junk.

The ear piercers are not specially trained. Everything is bad quality but extremely expensive! Went in with friends and were kicked out because we werent buying anything. Bought some earrings and my ears were infected

I took my nerves 11 year old daughter for the first time to have her ears pierced at Claire's Scarborough and the service received was next to none, we had a short wait due to people being in front of us however that wasn't a problem, Sophia (assistant manager) was brilliant at putting my daughter at ease by explaining everything beforehand and then explaining the home procedure following. Ok you might pay a bit more however we all know the saying .... Thank You.Sophia you went over and above my expectations for customer service.
