        Terrible customer service, they just send my parcel to local shopping centre and when I go there to pickup they said we don't have your item. They should have some respect for their customer time . Will never gonna shop from them again. No way of contacting a human. parcel was lost unable to get hold of anybody via email or phone to get my refund or replacement

        Very bad costumer service , they just ignore your emails , they put a fake phone number , when you try to call them they never answer .
