I have a number of properties with Insight and at first they provided exactly the hands off service I required and they advertised, but sadly over the years it has gone downhill rapidly. I have a number of different managers who can't seem to communicate with each other and the incompetency is beyond a joke. I get lump sum quotes for repairs (no specifics, no details as to what exactly I'm paying for ), which 9 times out of 10 are way above the standard rates and on top of that I have to pay 10% to Insight despite already paying a service fee. (And for some reason they can't see that is a conflict of interest - why would you try to find the cheapest quote when you're making 10% on top!) I would remove all my properties from their "care" (and I use that term lightly!) but for the additional fees! Not to mention the time needed to do this which I don't have, which is precisely why I took them on for the hands off service. The stress this has caused and still is causing me is beyond extreme. I am now at the stage of wanting to just sell all my properties.
