I rang this company on Friday 30th December, as I had a leak in the roof of my property..I spoke to a guy called Alex who said he would come between 12 and 1pm on Saturday 31st..he didn't turn up..I phoned and texted but no response at all..I am now left with a huge hole in the roof and no chance of anyone coming out until Tuesday..as heavy rain is predicted..God knows what the damage will be now..if he had told me he couldn't do it yesterday I could have got another firm..in my opinion a total time waster

Appalling job on our garage flat roof. So bad we had to have it re-done. Also managed to spill corrosive fluid all over my car whilst doing the job. Repair to main roof was ok, but never gave us the written guarantee that we paid for. In response to your reply, I do not have the wrong company. It was many years ago now, but the fact I'm still so angry about it, should indicate how dissatisfied I was. We asked you to put it right many times and you kept saying you would, but you never did. In the end, I put it down to experience and got Boro Roofing to do it. They did a great job! Service: Roof repair
