        Having had to return a ring where a diamond had been lost, the ladies in the shop in Scarborough could not have been more helpful, Sadie, Natalie and Zoe. I had my ring replaced and cannot fault the co-operation in handling the situation by the customer care provided by Samuels. Wish all companies had the same attitude.
