Never really got a chance to work with Mike Tubbs he called me Stephen on second most rude and pompous call he had made in one day,I said it was ok to call me Steve and was it ok if I called him Michael,he said we are not on a first name basis yet who on earth does he think he is! Fair to say in my estimation this man has his head placed in a place where the Sun doesnt shine,dont say I didnt warn you! an extremely rude man who talks bravely down the phone,but perhaps might not be so inclined to do that face to face,he has an American girl working there on a short term basis,would it be unreasonable to ask what her work visa status is ?

Just completed our house sale with Tubbs & Co, Scarborough. All went successfully thanks to Samantha Drayton and her team who proved to be both diligent and professional. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Nick was my custody solicitor - unfortunately. Shouted at me down the phone and said I'd have no chance for legal aid with the particular charge. Would just get ripped off and pointless. Plus a definite 18 month driving ban. All turned out to be utter rubbish, thank God I didn't listen to him! Very poor disservice to people in dire straits. And very unprofessional.
