Beyond Housing

The council sold all there homes to this lot. You see them asleep in vans or parking on double yellow lines. When you call the council to complain they take there side .Avoid this lot and rent from someone else.

Beyond housing are unbelievable I rang them this morning about massive draft coming through my front room windows and window at top of my stairs I was told only time they could get someone to check them was April absolutely shocking every time I ask for something doing to my house it's either on massive waiting list or it's no we cannot do that considering the amount of money I spent on my house to make it nice is shocking if I had really known what kind housing company they are I would have had second thoughts

Beyond Housing? More like Beyond a Joke! Moved into a property that had a leaking roof & ongoing damp & mould issues. Cannot even get my ceilings painted after the fact. I am disabled with lung condition & its impacting my health badly. Keep dealing with people that are clueless & treat me with discrimination! Absolutely diabolical! Aught to be ashamed!

Called beyond housing yesterday 15.26. To report my mums back door. It's been jamming and wouldn't shut properly. The lady I spoke to was so kind. She logged the information and said it would be put as an emergency for her. Well how impressed are we. 15.59 mum calls me.. man with a vans here she says??!! To mend my back door. WOW Just WOW.. excellent service Beyond Housing. You helped ease my mums worries. Thank you everyone involved
