        Rooms: Beds were very comfy. Clean and tidy. Very friendly. Was able to chill in the lounge and watch people walk by. Nice touch of a chocolate shell for Easter left on our bed. The only one bad review was they could not accommodate breakfast for every room. But fantastic stay. Nearby activities: Sea view, plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

        Stayed here sat at short notice . The lady who welcomed us was very polite and helpful. The room was spotless clean . Good WiFi and modern TV. Shower spotless . Although we did not have breakfast the set out looked good. Tea and coffee facilities and a nice touch with assorted biscuits. Ideally situated to see the whole of Scarborough. We'll be back .
