        Staff customer service skills were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Room was faultless. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. It was a 20 minutes walk into Scarborough town centre. The location was Ideal for anyone who is attending Olivers mount for the road racing by vehicle it would take about 5 - 10 minutes drive or by walking 25 minutes

        A useable shower would have added a star. Calls to the help line were cancelled by recipient - the proprietors evidently dont live here & the lone staff member (while as helpful as she could be), only attends to receive guests in the evening and serve breakfast. There are few amenities nearby and the centre of Scarborough the is some 15 minutes walk away; not ideal.
