Breakspeare House Holiday Home

Fantastic stay at Breakspeare House week before Easter 23. Our family group from 9yr to 88yr loved the property. Lots of room for us all and perfectly presented and extremely clean. Felt very homely and had everything we needed. We had 2 cars which we parked off road on the drive. Great location. Jo went above and beyond. Will definitely book again.

This property is absolutely wonderful. It is perfect for a family holiday. It was spotless, had a beautiful open fire (which we used every night) and a lovely kitchen/sitting area and outdoor area. The location is superb, just across the road from Peasolm Park and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host, Jo, really couldn't have been more helpful and left us a lovely welcome package with a handwritten card. If you are looking to holiday in Scarborough, book this holiday home. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.

We all loved our stay at Breakspeare House such a happy place to be Its perfect in every way lovely rooms nicely decorated - fantastic kitchen area where everyone can sit and have meals together - all the bedrooms are a good size comfy beds nice bed linen and towels Perfect location not far from the beach and park - things to do for all ages Jo is a lovely host really friendly and nothing is too much trouble - nice welcome pack with a handwritten card
