        I was ripped off through booking.com I booked a night in June couldn't reach the owners despite sending messages through booking.com they paid using my card the number provided supposed to be to contact the owners isn't answered just goes to voicemail I have been trying to get my money back from booking.com as they paid it with my card details to the so called Fairytale house owners it's obviously a scam but booking.com couldn't even reach them and said they can't give me my money back unless the owners of Fairytale house authorise it I'm fuming as had to pay for somewhere else whatever you do don't fall for this scam.This clearly illegal so why is this on booking.com still????
