Rooms were small but very comfortable and very clean.
One thing I struggled with were the stairs we were on the top floor and it was hard work for those who don't have good leg muscles like me.
But I gave it my best.
Breakfast was lovely and cooked as you order it which was very fresh and good quality food.
We will return again as its not in the middle of busy Scarborough but a nice location.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean, lots of nice touches to make our stay special.
Excellent home cooked breakfast with good varied choice . And a few tunes from Gary
Free parking on street with permits.
Would highly recommend.
