Quite frankly one star is too much! A total clown show with grossly incompetent employees with nasty attitudes...Utter disgrace.. As for the receptionist, She would be better suited working in Auschwitz!

Nurse was very rude and confrontational. She asked how I was and when I told her I wasn't happy with the wait she said well you were 3 minutes late and that I was being rude, I said I was queuing at the desk. She accused me of being rude again and rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional!

Don't register, don't get ill, don't need medication,! been with them 6 weeks my old doctors had to prescribe me my meds, can't even get a phone call after constantly telling them I'm in pain on a form and calling . I've now Changed doctors without even seeing or speaking to a doctor in 6 weeks. Appalling service and not fit for purpose. Wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to.

After talking to Dr Hefni about a ongoing issue, I felt valued, listened to and understood. Thank you for turning what started as a bad interaction and situation with another GP into a very reassuring and pleasant one.

You can't get in! Not even a phone call. Every single day, I've called, "sorry we're full today, try online" I go online "sorry, the service is closed today, we're full". If you are at capacity at 8am every morning, hire more help. Receptionists have about as much warmth as a petrol station hotdog! I'll be switching as soon as possible.
