        Told them I felt suicidal had to wait 17 days. 10 days for a phone call and when I eventually got a call I still had to wait 7 days for an appointment. Tablets dont work still feel down tried 3 times now to get to speak to a doctor or have an appointment and still nothing. Disgusting

        Medical care at its lowest, refused to give my mam her medication. Refused her a telephone call with a doctor and an appointment. Left a disabled women in chronic pain, disgusting. No respect for the patient, I wouldn't treat a animal the way there treated my mam, heartbreaking.

        This surgery is nothing but a joke. It should be shut down. Just trying to get a repeat prescription is like asking for an arm and a leg. There is no one to talk to and when you can eventually get through to someone they want you to do it all online electronically so they don't have to.
