We recently used TL Chapman & Son for my fathers funeral. From the first initial telephone conversation with Claire she was empathetic, explained the process and provided guidance. She was approachable throughout and nothing was to much trouble, even at the last minute. This was despite us being many miles away and having to discuss things via telephone and email. On the day Claire and the team ensured everything ran to plan for us and made sure we knew what was happening.
