Special Send-Offs Funeral Service

A family run and personal service focused on the loved one you have lost and not the money. The only director to actually offer a cup of tea and ask about my Dad as a person rather than flashing the price list under my nose. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and the funeral was everything you would want it to be to celebrate a persons life. So many small touches you would not get from a large chain director. Thank you to the team for creating such positive memories from a sad situation. Outstanding service.

Mark was simply superb to work with when we were planning my Dad's funeral - he was understanding, compassionate and well organised, and brought some brilliant new ideas and suggestions that made all the difference. My Dad had the best possible send-off in a simple but elegant coffin, and we were able to design the service and every last detail to enable us to make the day the best that it could be for us, as well as being what Dad would have wanted. Dad was brought to the funeral venue in Special Send-Off's fantastic new vehicle, a transporter van, and we made a beautiful origami bouquet for the coffin. We can't recommend Mark and his team enough - supportive, thoughtful and kind.

Mark was just so professional and helpful in what was a most difficult and upsetting time. His expertise meant that Mum's funeral went exactly as she wanted it and was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. As a family we cannot thank Mark and his colleagues enough.
