        Missed my test as I couldnt find the test centre. Customer service is terrible. They couldnt provide clear instructions where the test centre located.

        I arrived for my first test in Newcastle and was sent home after travelling miles because a 'fire alarm' went off, I called to rebook and they told me to travel to Scarborough which is even further with 3 days or loose my booking, no sympathy for there mistakes and just really unprofessional, when u call them dont select option 5 to make a complaint as they just end the call on you.
