        Wow! Before I start I just want to say the 3 starts are purley for the doctors and nurses, theyre fab and go above any beyond! The lack of 2 stars is because by the time Ill get through to someone Ill probably already be dead. Phoned up to be told Ill have to do it all online, yes no problem. Back and fourth back fourth over 2 days, this could have been a simple 2 minute conversation over the phone and an appointment issued.

        Just cancelled on me. 3 hours before I'm there. After booking time off work unpaid 160 down pan cheers .

        I have just moved from another surgery to this one. I am so happy that i did. All the staff are happy, kind and helpful. The process is easy to get an appointment too. I recommend them should you be looking for a new doctors or to change like i did
