I can't believe how rude the women was on the phone too me didn't even ask my name what the problem was just said nothing available I know who she is to so I'll be taking it further I said to her it's about my mental health and I feel worse after been put on some tablets she didn't care less.

Appointment made for 10.15 arrived at 10.05 still waiting to be seen at 10.45 left at 10.55 no seeing anyone, reception never informed anyone I was there, just the last one in a every growing list of errors

Not good. Phone consultations keep being cancelled and the receptionist lies about no one answering the phone when they clearly haven't rung. My phone logs all missed calls and there are none. I waited all day for calls that never came. Other reviews mention this too. Told me they sent letters to my address which were returned to them. Just not true. I have lived here 5 years and it is the correct address. Not sure how you can have an asthma review over the phone anyway. They don't seem to have doctors anymore. Just basically rubbish and blaming Covid ( STILL) for shoddy service and rude staff.

It did used to be a hood practice now they don't know what they are doing havent given my correct prescription dosage for the last 2/3 month and keep telling me different things when I'm ringing up and that I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment when I have 4 days worth of medication it's an awful practice now

Awful, no interest in patients whatsoever ever. Tried to get a telephone appointment for 2 weeks the lady on receptionist is appallingly rude.
