Terrible surgery - if you are thinking about joining, dont! This is the type of surgery that makes you seriously question why you are paying national insurance. You are told to make appointments online which the doctors always deem as non-urgent, and say you can wait for anything from a week to even a month for an appointment. Recently been told to wait over a week for an appointment for a chest infection, despite stating that the infection has already persisted for three weeks - I have several other examples of times when this has been similar. There is a consistent lack of care from the staff, the receptionists are rude and argumentative 9/10 times, and you feel like you yourself have to fight in loops to be seen or have any attention given to you, whether the issue be minor or major. Should we really have to go to A & E for basic health needs in one of the worlds richest economies? The disregard for providing a service (that we pay for out of every single pay check) is beyond shocking and significant of a sadly failing system. Receiving doctors appointments as and when needed, to fit around your own work schedule, so that you can recover and be able to work, is such a basic fundamental need. I am beyond appalled that so long after the pandemic and Brexit, we are still in this scenario where basic healthcare feels unattainable or like a luxury.

Recently left this surgery after being with them since birth due to their shambolic and utterly failing services. Next to impossible to get even a telephone appointment, never mind an in person one. They fail to update you on flagged blood test results and are highly incompetent.

This surgery do not care for the patient at all. Appointments to get to see anyone is very hard. When I told them how the surgery is the receptionist said you do what you need to do. No explanation why this is going on.. The main issue is getting appointment is really impossible Do NOT JOIN
