Taken 6 weeks to get an appointment to register the birth of my son. Told them on the phone my partner was Polish. Entered the building 7 minutes early and was immediately told to put a mask on. Then I was told I was to early. I had driven 35 Miles to be then told she would not do the registration because my partner was struggling to understand her and that I wasn't aloud to help with the questions. I told the women who's name we did not get that the only way we could do this was to use our Google translator. She point blank refused and wouldn't help use at all. I had also taken the day off work for this. This blond haired women was arrogant and patronising and shouldn't be working with the public with the attitude and lack of helpfulness she has.
