        Went in to swap some jeans, but didn't keeping them, but bought another pair of jeans and a top, did ask for help and the lady very helpful and smiling, will definitely be going back to marks and Spencers

        First time in Scarborough and was left disappointed by M&S, I purchased some clothes and I asked if I could keep a childs hanger and was refused, the assistant explained that I couldnt keep it as they recycled them, I also said that I didnt have any childrens hangers and did they sell any but they didnt, I would have thought the sales advisor should have used her discretion rather than a customer leaving a bad review. First and last time shopping in M&S Scarborough. Date and time of visit 4th March 2023, operator ID 30053637.
