I am a regular daily user of one stop. I always have a nice experience with the staff. Never had a negative experience. I use several of the branches in Scarborough. Despite the price hikes recently i am still able to find items that are fair or have been generously reduced.

Great shop with lots of items however the elderly lady working earlier this after noon was very rude when walking in the shop with my grandmother with very little patience for her disability being in a wheel chair. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

The shop itself is great...has most items needed at a local shop but the one member of staff was really unpleasant even ignored my 6 year old when she said hi...i know everyone who goes to this store knows who I'm on about...she could do with going on a customer service course...horrible woman!
