Excellent service, was at this service for a period of months, did wonders for my mental health and helped me to achieve a better standard of living through their program, very supportive, very professional and outstanding delivery of service would highly recommend this service and therapy to anyone who might need it. perfect environment and beautiful building with a good cafe, friendly and warm receptionists, overall a delightful experience.

ATY is exactly what some people need. A safe space to explore how you feel, to be creative, to connect with people who will support you, a place where talking about feelings or experiences is ok but not expected or necessary. A place you can be yourself. The staff are experienced art therapists and run a variety of sessions as well as offering individual therapy. Contact them to see what they can offer you!
