        40 minute wait on a Friday night, an hour later another customer offered me a ride in his taxi and drop off on the way so jumped in, driver then accused me of running away on a fare a couple of weeks ago... I moved to Leeds 5 years ago and haven't used Atlas since before that! Rude staff, lack of drivers & false waiting times, wouldn't bother in the future.

        An absolutey joke of a taxi service l have used them for the last 15 years and they have no loyalty to their customers l tried to get a taxi on Saturday night and l was told 40 minutes which meant 11,40 l waited until 12-05 and when l phoned to ask where it was l was told l would have to wait until it came then l was hung up on. I had no choice but to walk home as I couldn't get another firm at that time of night. I live at Newby and l'm 70. I will never use Altas or nippy again and they never sent a taxi. Appalling.
