Service with a snarl. Most miserable staff members. To start, my order was put in wrong and I was overcharged, a mistake, no problem, however what I paid for wasn't brought over and I had to ask. The wait for food was very long, first into the cafe with food arriving around 30 minutes after the other customers. Had to ask where the food was as I believe they had forgotten, no apology. Food was finally dropped off at the table, no "enjoy your meal" or "sorry for the wait", staff member couldnt even summon the energy to smile. Dish didnt include everything described on the menu, when I asked for the missing elements, staff member advised she would check, however didn't bring anything out, or come to the table to apologise for not having the missing items available. Food was surprisingly okay however my expectations were extraordinary low by that point. We have been to the cafe in the past and it has been lovely. Now staff won't even look at you, let alone smile or have a conversation. Terrible service, won't be returning.

great little place to stop for a spot of lunch , aftr a hard day shopping , the staff always makes you feel welcome , and nothing is too much trouble , good food and drink. great prices too, plus my little girl just cant get anough of the cakes there so yeah win win . what more is there too say

Chef just didn't turn up so no food so just stayed for drinks which took over 15 to get to us and it was very quite I'd never go back.

I used this cafe every saturday morning and had the best breakfast in town. Then they had to close for several weeks. Couldn't wait for it reopening.sadly I no longer go there the once wonderful products theh used to serve have been changed to cheaper alternatives although the prices have risen. The coffee is undrinkable and the milk shake was a shadow of what it once was. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Also the members of staff that I was expecting to be there when they re-opened were no longer there sl list a really warm welcome
