        Disgusting service today for my husband who had to go in to the branch to close his dead mother's accounts. Was made to stand at the counter to deal with this very upsetting matter. When he enquired after a private office to do this as he had a set appointment time, he was told this "wasn't allowed." Absolutely disgusting service. How long are banks and building societies going to carry on hiding behind Covid as an excuse for appalling treatment of customers. Shame on you.

        I was in Scarborough for week need to bank some change the kids had leftover for the arcades and the staff was friendly and helpful did it in no time thank you to the Scarborough team
