A huge thank you to Hannah and her lovely team. The Wedding Room have been amazing to me through 3 wedding date changes and 2 wedding dresses!! 100% worth the travel from Leeds. I have never felt this level of customer service and felt so special. The dress shopping and fittings have been my favourite part of wedding planning which is all down to the lovely ladies in the shop. I would recommend them to any future bride. Thank you xx

I can't recommend the wedding room enough. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and good about myself. I was abit weary trying on wedding dresses again as I've not had the best experience with the first wedding shop I had visited as nothing fit me and didn't make me feel very good about myself. Well I can't say the same about The Wedding Room I felt so welcome and nothing was too much for Hannah. I'm not getting married until 2024 and that didn't matter she still made sure I would find my dream dress (which I did) I cant thank you enough and can't wait to come back for my next fitting when my dress arrives. I wanted to treat myself to a nice suit and decided to visit the wedding room. As soon as I walked in I felt as if they looked me up and down and thought he cant afford it. Originally told me they didnt sell suits, then when I found a suit I liked kept mentioning the price over and over. Saying you know its dont you. Then suggesting I go to matalan or somewhere cheaper. Felt really patronised. Then when I asked for a catalogue she said there was no point. Not sure why. Decided not to buy the suit just because of how I was looked down upon. Considering I can more than afford it. Youve just lost out on , as I would of also potentially spent thousands on my future wedding
