Had my ears pierced here the other day and would absolutely recommend having a piercing here! I didn't feel too great afterwards and the staff were so lovely and looked after me before I felt okay to leave. Really excellent customer service and making customers feel welcome!

i got my third ear lobes pierced here and they are extremely uneven - on my left side i had blood dripping down my arm because it was pierced at such a weird angle!! in addition to this the jewellery they use is externally threaded and not hand polished and so causes micro tearing to the skin making piercings extremely slow to heal. after about 5 months i had to go to a different piercer and ask her to change my jewellery for me - they then finally healed as soon as jewellery was changed to higher quality earrings!! please do not get pierced somewhere just because its cheap, it can have huge effects on you - for example my ear piercings being permanently uneven! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I had my cheek pierced yesterday.. Minimum amount of pain and very reasonable price. Immaculate studio and friendly , professional staff Brilliant after care pack. Will definitely be back .
